The Tower

There are 33 units, comprised of single bedroom suites housing 41 tenants within the 4-floor tower with 2 elevators available.    We have suites for single persons, couples, handicapped couples, where one person is able bodied, and the other is handicapped, as in need of a wheelchair, and low-income suites for disabled seniors.

Single Suites

21 suites in total, 557 square feet of living space per unit These suites have a walk-through closet system from the bedroom to bathroom.
The balconies or patios (ground floor only) have privacy partitions between the adjoining suites and are accessible through the living room.
Bedroom windows overlook the balcony or patio.
The bathrooms have grab bars and double headed sit showers.

Our Suites

We have 4 different configurations, plus 50 square feet of in suite storage, convection range stove, fridge, and over the range microwave.

Couples Suites

4 suites in total, 613 square feet of living space per unit These suites have a walk-through closet system from the bedroom to bathroom.
The balconies or patios (ground floor only) have privacy partitions between the adjoining suites and are accessible through the living room.
Bedroom windows overlook the balcony or patio.
The bathrooms have grab bars and double headed sit showers.

Handicapped Suites

4 suites in total, 680 square feet of living space These suites have access to the balcony from the bedroom and living room.
The balconies or patios (ground floor only) have privacy partitions between the adjoining.

The bathrooms have grab bars, double headed showers and roll in showers
The handicapped suite  has a regular vent over the counter-top stove with switches to operate the fan, and a wall unit oven.

Low-income for Disabled Seniors Suites

4 suites in total, 550 – 553 square feet of living space These suites have private balconies or patios (ground floor only).

The bathrooms have grab bars and double headed sit showers.

Bedroom windows overlook the balcony or patio.
