The Terrace

There are 15 studio apartments, 7 on the first floor,

 8 on the second floor, serviced by an elevator.     Our common areas include a large kitchen, dining room and lounge area for family and group gatherings.  We also have garden boxes available should you wish to use your green thumb!

Our Suites

All our studio apartments have the same configuration, plus an additional 50 square feet of accessible storage for every unit.   There is a range stove, fridge, and plenty of cupboard space.   Microwaves are not provided.

Ground floor suites have a walk out private patio and second floor suites have private balconies.

The main entrance is shared with the Enderby Memorial Tower which is where the post office boxes are.
